    The Vice-President (VP), Marketing is responsible for leading and executing Verosoft Design's global marketing efforts. This role is crucial in supervising all marketing activities to promote Verosoft Design's products, services, and image. As the subject matter expert in all marketing-related activities, the VP of Marketing will utilize various channels to motivate, drive, and assist in attaining sales goals. Additionally, this role includes launching and managing new products and services to meet profitability goals through effective marketing programs.

    The VP, Marketing provides executive leadership and management of the company's marketing organization and oversees marketing activities worldwide. This includes corporate marketing, partner/channel marketing, product marketing, and product management. The VP of Marketing will drive the company's efforts to position itself as a visionary leader in its emerging market and achieve its revenue goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital marketing, SEO, social media, and direct and partner channel initiatives.
    • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, overseeing the production of all marketing materials and campaigns. Ensure that the team is up to date on new technological tools available to optimize the department's efficiency.
    • Evaluate and monitor marketing team performance
    • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales department to ensure a seamless flow of high-quality leads and maintain alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
    • Product Development Integration: Collaborate with the Product Development team to integrate customer feedback and market trends into product development.
    • Partner Relationship Management: Manage and enhance partner relationships, providing partners with the necessary tools and information to effectively market and sell our products.
    • KPI Definition and Tracking: Define and track marketing KPIs for different channels, analyzing performance data to continuously optimize strategies.
    • Promote Team Culture: Foster a team culture that encourages innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
    • Strategic and Transactional Focus: Balance high-level strategic initiatives with detailed transactional efforts to ensure marketing strategies are effectively translated into actionable, revenue-generating activities.
    • Tactical Execution: Oversee the tactical execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of marketing materials and initiatives.

    Job Duties:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital marketing, SEO, social media, and direct and partner channel initiatives.
    • Be a role model for the company culture.
    • Engage in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection, penetration plans, and related product positioning.
    • Oversee marketing communications, including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars, event collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content.
    • Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation, and interface with the Sales team for lead tracking and management.
    • Work closely with the Sales team to develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs.
    • Oversee product management, including market and customer research for market and product requirements, interface with the Product Development Team for product development, product pricing, and product lifecycle management.
    • Oversee product marketing, including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis, and general sales support.
    • Work with the CEO and other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances, raise venture/public financing, communicate with members, and close/grow major customer accounts.
    • Develop and manage the company's entire marketing budget.
    • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
    • Act as a spokesperson for the company with the press and analysts and at industry events.
