    About the Role

    We are looking for a skilled and motivated mid-level Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our technical strategy, developing innovative features for our products, maintaining the integrity of our technical architecture, and collaborating closely with a talented development team. This position offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects, contributing to both product excellence and company growth.

    Salary

    $100,000 to $120,000 CAD annually, depending on experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the development and execution of the technical strategy for our product portfolio.
    • Design and implement advanced mobile features for our solutions, including The Asset Guardian (TAG) EAM software and our customer licensing portal, Hub4Partners.
    • Maintain and improve technical architecture, encompassing code structure, tech stack optimization, and deployment pipelines.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Oversee the deployment and configuration of mobile software solutions.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly.
    • Communicate updates, challenges, and technical considerations to internal stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a mobile application developer in a professional setting.
    • Demonstrated success in collaborative development team environments.
    • Expertise in mobile development frameworks and tools, particularly:
      • React Native
      • Native development for iOS (Objective-C and/or Swift) and Android (Java and/or Kotlin).
      • Familiarity with deployment tools such as Expo (preferred).
    • Strong skills in translating business requirements and user stories into actionable technical solutions.
    • Proficient problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and tools like Azure DevOps (preferred).
    • Knowledge of complementary tools and technologies is a plus, including:
      • Planetscale, Stripe, Vercel
      • ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in French is an asset but not required.
    • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline development workflows (preferred).
