    Role Overview

    As our Project Control Officer (PCO), you will work under Team Leads, supporting the product development and product consultancy teams, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives. Your role involves coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. You will also be responsible for facilitating the communication between both internal and external project stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist Team Leads in planning, organizing, and managing project activities.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, sources of risk, and status reports.
    • Facilitate communication among both internal and external stakeholders for all assigned projects.
    • Assist Team Leads in resource allocation and scheduling to meet project requirements and deadlines.
    • Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues.
    • Provide administrative support for Team Leads, including meeting scheduling, task assignment, minute taking, and sprint planning.

    Qualifications:

    • Certificate in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in a project support or coordination role.
    • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including:
      • Scope adherence
      • The project management triangle
      • Resource allocation
    • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including:
      • Scrum
      • User Stories
      • Story Point estimation
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills [including multitasking] (must be good at context switching)
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including:
      • Microsoft Word
      • Microsoft Excel
      • Microsoft Outlook
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote-work environment and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
    • Native English proficiency, both written and verbal.
    • Fluent French proficiency is preferred.
    • PSM-1 or equivalent Agile & Project Management certifications preferred.
