Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Management, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing Department in all the company’s commercial activities through overall coordination, administration and deployment of sales and various marketing strategies and activities.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall coordination of sales activities, including, but not limited to:

  • Preparing, producing, and validating sales-related documents throughout the sales process, including pre-sales presentations, service proposals, contracts, etc., building on and improving existing models and templates;
  • Participating in the organization of meetings with the various client stakeholders, acting as a referent for clients and communicating with them to answer questions and requests;
  • Ensuring regular monitoring of the sales funnel and the quality of the related information;

    Profil & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in commercial sciences or business administration or a related field;
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in a sales environment and in-depth knowledge of sales management processes using a sales funnel and CRM system, invoicing, revenue management and budgeting
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in establishing and maintaining business relationships and strategies;
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in mobilizing multidisciplinary teams to achieve set objectives and meet customer expectations;
    • 5 to 7 years of sales experience in business applications, ERP systems and information technology for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) (an asset);

    Business Solutions Consultant – Manufacturing

    UI UX Designer

    We are looking for a UI UX Designer to transform our software into easy-to-use products for our customers. The UI UX Designer’s responsibilities include collecting user requirements, designing graphics, and creating navigation components. To succeed in this role, you must have experience with design software and wired tools.
