Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead global field activities: trade shows, partner events, and in-person engagements. Highly visible role representing Verosoft onsite, supporting Sales and Partners, and owning full execution: logistics, booth staffing, prospect engagement, and asset activation.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Event Execution
Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, partner events, and regional activations.
Manage registrations, logistics, travel, and booth setup.
Represent Verosoft onsite with consistent, high-quality execution.
Sales & Partner Collaboration
Support regional pipeline growth and co-marketing initiatives.
Surface buyer signals, objections, and competitive trends.
Content Activation (not creation)
Deploy existing assets adjusted by industry/region.
Maintain brand and message consistency.
Digital Events
Coordinate webinars with partners and associations.
Manage scheduling, rehearsals, and follow-up.
Market & Partner Intelligence
Capture and report field insights.
Build relationships with event organizers and partner marketing teams.
Performance Reporting
Track KPIs, field outcomes, partner results.
Provide clear reporting.
Qualifications
5–8 years in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation (SaaS preferred).
Multi-region execution and strong operational skills.
Experience supporting Sales teams.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Insights, Teams Webinars, SharePoint, ZoomInfo (asset).
Fluent English; French or European language an asset. For this position, knowledge of English is required, as the tasks involve frequent communication with English-speaking clients and partners.
Travel 25–40 %.
