Position Summary

We are looking for a driven Account Executive to lead our global B2B direct sales efforts. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery through close, with mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will be supported by an Inside Sales Representative, a Sales Engineer, and a Domain Expert, allowing you to focus on sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a qualified sales pipeline through discovery, business case development, proposal, negotiation, and close.

  • Partner with Inside Sales, the Sales Engineer, and the Domain Expert to maintain momentum and reduce friction in the buying process.

  • Tailor demos, proposals, and RFP responses to industry-specific needs.

  • Clearly articulate ROI and operational benefits within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.

  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving stakeholders across operations, maintenance, IT, and finance.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Share customer feedback and market insights to support product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • Represent Verosoft in virtual calls, product demos, webinars, and sector-specific events.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in ERP, EAM, CMMS, PIM, or complex operational software.

  • Success selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts with ACVs of $25K–$150K+ and longer sales cycles.

  • Strong solution-selling skills and ability to uncover business drivers with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Confident communicator able to lead commercial conversations with multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, cross-functional environment.

  • Fluency in English is required; French is considered an asset.

  • CRM proficiency, ideally HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage.

Base Salary: $110,000 CAD plus commissions
