AI Maintenance Implementation Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for an AI Maintenance Implementation Specialist to join our team and help bring Verovia, our AI platform, to life for clients and internal teams alike. You will work hands-on to configure, build, and deploy AI agents and integrations, connecting Verovia to the core software platforms our clients already rely on. Working closely with our Product Owner and Development Lead, you will help turn product requirements into working, reliable AI-driven solutions, from initial setup through automation, optimization, and support.

This role is well suited to someone early in their career who is comfortable with technology and eager to build deep, practical expertise in AI implementation, automation, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement AI Agents: Configure, program, and optimize autonomous AI agents on the Verovia platform to meet client and internal use cases.

  • Automate Workflows: Identify operational bottlenecks and build automated workflows using enterprise integration tools.

  • Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and improve system prompts to increase the accuracy, safety, and effectiveness of outputs produced by LLMs.

  • Optimize Performance: Analyze existing implementations and data pipelines to reduce latency and compute costs.

  • Collaborate with Product and Development Teams: Work directly with the Product Owner and Development Lead to translate requirements into implementation plans, flag issues, and contribute to the evolution of Verovia.

  • Support and Document: Write clear documentation and support clients and internal teams after deployment.Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technological abilities, proficiency with software tools, and logical, AI-oriented thinking.

  • Communication: Ability to work directly with product and development stakeholders and clearly explain technical work.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Business Central is an asset.

  • Knowledge of agile development practices is an asset.

  • Maintenance-related experience is a strong asset.

  • ERP experience is a strong asset.

  • Industrial engineering background is preferred.

  • English written and spoken. French is an asset

Compensation: Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
