Dragan Komljenovic is a Senior Research Scientist at Hydro-Québec’s research institute, IREQ. He specializes in reliability, resilience, asset management, and risk analysis. He has authored more than 120 publications and is a Fellow of ISEAM and a licensed professional engineer in Quebec, Canada.
Jean Raymond, ing., PhD., M.Sc.
Jean Raymond has worked at Hydro-Québec for more than 34 years, with expertise in telecom networks, transmission systems, power systems, and system reliability. He is active in international working groups, including IEC and IEEE, and has authored more than twenty publications.
